Hi Marc….well, it’s been about a month since I took delivery of my ’70 XKE. I’ve done a couple minor things, and I’m confident that I’m the only person in the state of Florida who polished the SS mufflers, exhaust pipes and diffusers. The car is awesome, and drives really nice. More than just being a great car, this experience has brought back so many memories. I told you I owned a ’68 XKE for many years. We used to cram our two kids in the back and go all over. They refused to stop growing, so I had to give up the Jag for a second family car. I’ve regretted that move ever since. Now, the sensation of raw power floods my senses like it did several decades ago. And, as I said….”It’s all about the memories
